How to volunteer

We’d love to have you on board. Whether you’re a student, veteran, family member, or just someone who cares – then there is a place for you in the New Zealand Remembrance Army.

Our volunteers help clean and restore service graves, research stories, support local events, and connect with communities across the country.

You don’t need special skills—just a bit of time, a willingness to learn, and a heart for remembrance. We’ll guide you through the process, provide training, and connect you with others in your area.
